Anthony Jackson, Jr.

President and CEO

A native New Orleanian, Anthony Jackson Jr earned his bachelor's degree from Southeastern University in 2019, where he majored in Criminal Justice and Sociology, jumpstarting his career in public safety. He served as a former aide to Kenner Mayor Ben Zahn and interned at City Hall and Criminal District Court.

Jackson always had a passion for public health and safety. He ran for the Louisiana House of Representatives District 100 of New Orleans, East, stating that he would “Represent the people, not the ‘good old boy’ political system that never really provides the services that the public is looking for." Jackson Jr. later became the youngest member elected to the Democratic Executive Committee in Orleans Parish through dedication and perseverance. As President of the NOPD Policy Community Advisory board, he hosted a peaceful rally to bridge the community and police gap.

Jackson continues to solidify his career in Public Safety through education and training. In 2020, while still advocating for his community, Jackson received a master's degree in public administration with a concentration in policy and government from the University of Grand Canyon. He concluded his studies with a certificate in Hospitality Tourism and Management from the University of Florida Atlantic.
